Sale Entries Open -- The Futurity Sale Online entry opens
The sale will consist of approximately 40 huacaya, and 30 suri females and no more than 10 total males. Entry fee is $950 for females and males, due upon acceptance. Commission is 10%.
Complete your application today! Sale management may accept entries prior to the final deadline. Entering earlier increases the opportunity to be selected.

Show Entries / Herdsire Nominations Open -- The Futurity Show Online entry opens for Herd Sire Nomination & Show Entries
Anticipated total purse of over $250,000! 1st thru 6th place will receive cash & ribbons. Color & Reserve Champion receive more cash, a limited edition trophy, & banner. Premium Awards include Suri & Huacaya Small Breeder of the Year, Herd Sire of the Year, and Reserve Herd Sire of the Year!

'Super Early Bird' deadline for Herd Sire Pledges*
Sires pledged by December 31st will pay only $350 nomination fee. January 1 fee increases to $400.
(*NOTE: A 'pledge' is an agreement to nominate a sire. Owners will not be billed until March 16-20, and only if offspring are entered in the show.

Sale Acceptance Notifications Emailed
Final Sale Acceptance Notices will be sent by email to the address given on the application.

Sale Consignment Update Deadline
All accepted sale consignments must have any changes, edits or new images for their entry completed by this date.

Early Bird Sire Entry Deadline
Herd Sires pledged January 1 - January 31 will pay a $400 nomination fee. After January 31, the fee increases to $500

Ad Reservations due
Please make all ad reservation early. Space fills quickly. Ads must be camera ready and 300dpi. Contact Morgan Morawa at BreedWorks or Steph Pride at Able Publishing to arrange ad reservations and to create your custom ad. All Ad art must be recieved by BreedWorks no later than Monday, February 11th.

Friday, February 15th
Herd Sire Publication Deadline
Herd Sires must be pledged by Feb. 15th to be included in the listing in the Futurity Sale catalog.
Friday, March 10th
Early Bird Show Entry Deadline
Alpacas entered in the show before March 10th pay $250 entry fee. Alpacas entered March 11st -- 20th will pay $300 per entry.
Thursday, March 20th
Futurity Show entry closes. Late entries may be accepted by the show management at their discretion for a post-entry fee of $350.
