The value of fashion
Studies show that theres is a connection between the quality of garments, the way we dress and the way we feel as a result.
Together with the Bifa Institute and the Wuppertal Institute we are doing research as part of the government funded research project MAXIM that will develop new business models for the fashion industry with the goal to reduce waste. As part of the project we will develop a pop up store and an example fashion brand, that puts the theory into best practice.
We are also part of a project funded by the Bavarian government to improve the collection and recycling of garments in Bavaria, MaKoSaTex. As part of this project we will delve into the details of fibres and fabrics.
The results of our findings will be presented here.
